The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a short-term private money real estate loan to purchase a three-unit apartment building. They intend to renovate the property before listing it for sale or holding it as a long-term rental for cash flow (learn more about our Fix and Flip Loan program). The Borrower requested that the loan include a renovation reserve.
