Are you requesting a Property Specific Proof of Funds Letter? *

The property specific Proof of Funds Letter includes the address on the letter. Otherwise, you will be issued a general Letter of Credit that can be used for multiple offers. Please note, you agree to a $1,000 Processing Fee should you use our Proof of Fund Letter or Letter of Credit to purchase / refinance a property but do not use TaliMar Financial for the financing.
