Account Executive

TaliMar Financial is seeking a motivated and skilled Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new clients and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. This role demands a highly energetic individual who has a passion for sales, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities for growth.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • High degree of self-confidence.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
