San Diego, CA – TaliMar Financial, a San Diego Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $509,000 Fix and Hold Loan, secured on a Single-Family Rental in San Diego, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking to purchase a real estate investment property. They first started by signing up for our Preferred Borrower Account program. Once they signed up, we issued them a Letter of Credit to submit with their offers. After their offer was accepted, we expedited their approval and closing process. This all occurred within a 45-day period.
The biggest hurdle in this transaction was that once they identified a property to purchase, we had 7 days to close. Because the client had already signed up for the Preferred Borrower Account Program, the approval process was expedited and we closed on the private money fix and hold loan on time.
