San Diego, CA – TaliMar Financial, a San Diego Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of an $845,000 Hard Money Bridge Loan, secured on a Single-Family Home in San Diego, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a short-term Private Money Bridge Loan to close on an investment property. They had been originally working with a bank to complete the financing, but due to issues with their debt-to-income ratio, they could not qualify. We quickly underwrote their real estate portfolio, got comfortable with their income, and approved them for the Hard Money Bridge Loan.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the Borrower had to close quickly.
