The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a short-term Private Money Fix and Flip loan to purchase and renovate a real estate investment property in Menifee, CA. They requested both purchase and renovation funds with the loan request. We approved the Borrower for an 80% of purchase and 100% of renovation cost loan.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the property was located outside the normal lending footprint for our lending program. However, we got comfortable with the Borrower’s real estate investment experience and property and approved the loan request.
