Our client originally purchased the property with the intent of building a separate Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The building plan approval had been delayed and the original hard money loan was maturing. We offered the client to refinance the loan into a longer term bridge to give them more time to obtain building plans. Once the plans are approved, we will refinance into a construction loan.
