The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a medium-term cash out refinance private money bridge loan to purchase another property. We quickly underwrote the borrower and property and approved a 65% Loan to Value cash out refinance. The client was happy to hear that we could fund the loan in less than 10 business days.
