Recent Funding: $540,000 Bridge Loan in National City, CA




National City, CA – TaliMar Financial, a National City Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $540,000.00 Hard Money Bridge Loan, secured on a restaurant in National City, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.

We originally contacted through a mortgage broker on this transaction looking to refinance an existing first position that had matured. After a brief call with the broker, we had the borrower submit a formal loan request on our loan submittal platform (submit your loan request today). Once the loan request was received, we quickly structured a loan that met the needs of the borrower and issued a term sheet with the list of due diligence items all within 48 hours. The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the existing first position loan had matured and was in default. However, because the Borrower had a good payment history, we got comfortable with the loan request and quickly approved it.
