La Mesa, CA – TaliMar Financial, a La Mesa Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $700,000.00 Hard Money Bridge Loan, secured on a land parcel in La Mesa, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because their existing hard money loan was maturing and their private money lender was not interested in extending the loan. After an initial call with the Borrower, we were able to get comfortable with the collateral and the Borrower’s strategy to repay the loan. Additionally, the Borrower had made the payments on time during the term of the original loan which made the loan request a great candidate for TaliMar Income Fund I.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the client had not had a prior relationship with TaliMar Financial and that they were refinancing an existing hard money loan. The Borrower, however, was able to get us comfortable with the loan scenario.
