Recent Funding: $253,000 Fix and Flip Loan in San Diego, CA

San Diego, CA – TaliMar Financial, a San Diego Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $253,000.00 Hard Money Fix and Flip Loan, secured on a Condominium in San Diego, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg. 

The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a Rehab Loan that included funds to purchase and renovate an existing single-family home. Because many Lenders that had historically funded these types of loans have exited the market, they worked directly with our team to ensure a smooth and quick closing.

The Borrower originally reached out to TaliMar Financial seeking a Proof of Funds Letter through our Borrower Portal. By utilizing the tools on our Borrower Portal, they were able to quickly put a property they had identified as a great investment opportunity under contract. We then worked with them to quickly approve and fund the loan.
