They spent 3 months completing a full interior and exterior renovation of the project. The windows and flooring were replaced throughout, and new interior and exterior paint were applied. The Hard Money Fix and Flip loan funded by TaliMar Financial financed 80% of the purchase price and 100% of the renovation costs. The renovation funds were disbursed to the borrower over 5 pre-determined draws. We did not require an appraisal for the hard money loan.
