Oceanside, CA – TaliMar Financial, a Oceanside Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $420,000.00 Hard Money Fix and Flip Loan, secured on a single-family home in Oceanside, CA. The loan was originated by Brandon Warnke.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial for purchase and renovation funds for a property they were purchasing through a wholesaler (read our article on What is a Wholesaler). The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the client was purchasing the property through a wholesaler, and the wholesaler needed to get comfortable with our ability to perform as a lender.
