Ramona, CA – TaliMar Financial, a Ramona Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $374,500 Hard Money Fix and Hold loan secured on a Duplex in Ramona, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a private money Fix and Hold to acquire and renovate a single-family home. They needed to close quickly and were looking for construction funds to complete the renovation. The loan request was an ideal fit for our hard money loan program. The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the client needed to close quickly, and the property had been converted to a duplex.
