Recent Funding: $374,500 Fix and Hold Loan in Ramona, CA

Ramona, CA – TaliMar Financial, a Ramona Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $374,500 Hard Money Fix and Hold loan secured on a Duplex in Ramona, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.

The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a private money Fix and Hold to acquire and renovate a single-family home. They needed to close quickly and were looking for construction funds to complete the renovation. The loan request was an ideal fit for our hard money loan program.
