TaliMar Financial funded a $1.825 million construction loan for a repeat borrower in San Diego on a challenging, steeply sloped site. Close coordination with the borrower’s engineering team ensured the foundation design and budget were sound.
The project was completed on time, doubled the unit count through San Diego’s Density Bonus ADU Program, and exceeded appraised value expectations despite a softening market. The loan was repaid in full, marking another successful execution backed by disciplined underwriting.
